Message	I just read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad". Great book and I would recommend it to anyone buying a house for themselves. It's got lots of good ideas in it about investing in real estate. The car looks magnifico. Why paint it black? I think white Z's are very impressive looking. Then again, I'm bias.
